With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Hayden began his career on the operations side of the business before expanding into sales. That background has shaped how he leads today, focused on building practical systems, staying connected to the field, and understanding the full scope of each project from both an operational and customer perspective. Over time, he has helped grow Black Wolf Roofing into a company serving residential, commercial, and multifamily clients, with an emphasis on consistency and strong relationships.
Hayden believes that steady execution, clear communication, and doing right by people are what build a lasting company. He takes pride in creating an environment where the team can take ownership of their work and where clients know they can rely on Black Wolf Roofing.

Inspired by his father and uncle, who both owned blue-collar service companies, he developed an early appreciation for hard work and businesses that support their communities. In 2013, Jason started his first company with the goal of creating organizations that value people, deliver quality service, and make a positive impact.

Today, Jason’s passion is developing strong teams and mentoring leaders who are dedicated to serving customers and communities in a way everyone can be proud of. Through his leadership, he continues to focus on building companies where people are respected, opportunities are created, and excellence is the standard.
